Thanks for your serious response and explanation.

What? I'm being serious. I think we'll have more depth and pull away in the second...

It's funny how some people act like only the other team loses production.

I know. i was joking about the 14 pts knowing that's what was/is going to happen. That's why I suggested the first half only. I should have added to it.

You lost your top 3 RB, and 2 good RB

RBs have been interchangable at LSU since atleast the Toefield/Davis era. Excuse me for thinking it'll continue with the highly talented guys we've got.

We have 3 5* at WR. I'm pretty sure they'll be ok.

Our TE's didn't do shite last year so they can't get worse.

If Jefferson plays at the very least as he did last year, the offense should be much improved. I think LSU will display a lot of improvement across the offensive line.

I really don't think LSU's offense will miss a beat. How can they be any fricking more miserable? They'll be better. I'm concerned with our LBs more than anything.

So not one ole miss fan predicted an arse whopping back in 2008 against LSU and smack talk about the direction of the programs

We might have, but it was the week before the game, when we were hot and rolling and they werent. Hell we were even favored in the game. We sure as frick didnt gurantee wins before the season started.

Plus its OM vs LSU. Its a big difference between MSU vs LSU. We acutally play well against them yall dont. Its the same with OM vs bama and state vs bama. yall play well against bama, we dont, you wont see any OM fans guranteeing wins over bama and we've beaten them this decade while yall havent beatin LSU once this decade

fact. Even in Ole Miss' miserable years they play us tough. 05 and 07 are 2 of the only beatdowns I remember lately and in 07 it felt closer than the score indicated.

They're just getting big-headed because they almost beat us last year.

Almost only counts in horse shoes and hand grenades....

We had multiple opportunities to pull away from MSU in that game and never did it. People forget a botched extra point was the only reason we were up 9 and not 10 in the fourth. We also had to settle for field goals twice after getting inside the MSU 5. One of which, a 19 yarder, Jasper missed.

Similar situation with 10:30 left in the 4th and Bama up by two scores against MSU. They pulled away at that point and won in a blowout, we didn't.

Spare me the "we had a crapload more rushing yards than yall" argument. We could have easily won by 14+ just as easier as MSU could have won. Was a crazy game.

We're used to it, it usually always rains the first half of the season with us. This was our fourth game and we already got rain against Washington and Vanderbilt.

For our bowl game we were awarded a giant rectangle of mud to play in.

I wish that some State fans would realize,(A)if you have been gettin the hell beat out of you by LSU or anyother SEC TEAM for over a decade then STFU.(B)I can appreciate your wooly optimism in antcipation for football. You should realize that more times than not when we bragg and talk shite about how good State is going to be it usually backfires and we end up sucking. So please keep your moth shut and don't talk shite until after we win the game.

And MSU lost basically their entire offense in Dixon.

I like you Pank...but this is just embarassing. This type of statement comes from people whohave never played football and don't give credit up front. Dixon wouldn't have had near the sucess he did without the way the offensive line played last year. You can go look at the UK, OM, etc. games and you'll see ridiculous holes for him to run through. Was he a great back? Yes, but he also had a very good offensive line in front of him that blocked well for Relf and Ducre.

It's the same argument the guy got against LSU. It was merely just a counter. The same could be said about LSU's offensive line.

LSU has not beat State by 14+ since 2007, your team isn't as good as it was back then and our's is improved. Will we win? No, but it won't be by two TDs.

27-20 sounds right.
