No, the hogs on this board pale in comparison to the fans on 247, Rivals, and Scout. I have nothing against Arkansas (I've had a great time watching games in Fayetteville and tailgating), but the internet fans are awful for a team (football) that hasn't accomplished anything significant in the last 30 years. Maybe it's just an act, but it's consistent across all the fan sites. I say this fully understanding that Bama fans are completely obnoxious....... but they do have the hardware to back it up.

If they manage to attract a coach they have to pay more than they were paying Grant they'll probably be selling a few more tickets.

The big difference is that Kentucky spends whatever it has on the basketball program, i.e. paying Coach Cal $60 mil and taking trips like the Bahamas. Even with all the basketball program earns, I suspect that some years we deplete any profits earned by football too. No one else in the SEC would ever consider doing that
