Honestly, USCe fans thought they were home free for the East title last year and trolled Mizzou hard. Things obviously didnt work out for them and Mizzou fans returned the favor. Thats where things sit now. Its mostly just harmless fun. If USCe wins again next year the pendulum will swing the other way again. So goes life on the SECr.

You'll never be able to make any sense of what most mizzourites post. Just roll with it - they're easy pickins and I sort of own them collectively. :)

Yea, the three way tie is possible. There just isnt a "dominate" team going into the season. I think anything is in play including Florida winning the East.
Should be a fun year.

I just don't give Florida much of a chance. They have a brutal West draw and I still don't see them doing much on offense.
I'd be really surprised if the East champ doesn't reside in Athens or Columbia

Are you autistic?? Sure that's where things stand now but you missed something in your little explanation.
Mizzou started the trolling when y'all realized y'all were actually pretty good and in contention for the East. The Mizzou fanbase went to complete shite after the win in Athens. Then a week later after a win over 4-8 Florida at home y'all were unbearable. We lost to Tennessee the week before we played at Mizzou and Mizzou fans went after us HARD. Talking so much shite about how y'all were gonna ream us in Columbianorth and then DOINK!

Seriously, Mizzou has gotten smoked in two other conference championship games since '07. Don't forget about those.
On a more serious note, I think this was viewed as a special season because the big 12 north was always viewed as one of the more inferior divisions in CFB, and not only did Mizzou come incredibly close to beating every team on its schedule (other than Auburn), but it did so in the SEC and secured it with a cotton bowl victory. The Chase Daniel year didn't have the same type of effect on the media that this year did.
