if you follow the convo then you'll see he said

To be fair, UGA isn't really any good. Making the tourney = 6 win football season. It's cool for bad programs but let's not act like it means anything other than that.

Since Florida won't be in the tournament I'll only watch tourney games when I want to get out of the house and need an excuse.

Simply put I only care about Florida.

...and SecRant still has pages full of comments on football. How sad.

Things exciting about Mar/April, in order:

1) THE MASTERS
2) Baseball opening day

3) March madness

It certainly is one of the best times of the year, but consider the big picture.

There is nothing exciting about these two "sports".

Love it, especially when it appears LSU might make it

I love that first Thursday and Friday when there's like - games all day. Can't wait...

yawn... worst part about living in KY, they think basketball is just as important (or more so) than football. No wonder they didn't secede. Yankees at heart

Was going to post about October but saw where you did. Best time in sports period. Also the air is getting crisp and high school football in Mississippi starts region play. Good times. April is good also. I love that smell in the air around the Opening Day of MLB.

Of course KY fans think this the most exciting month in sports. They have nothing else!. Actually the only thing exciting about the tourney these days is if the cinder ells teams pull off the upsets. That's why we watch! And this year's bonus for most of us would be to see KY lose.
