Yeah, it would be hard to narrow it down to just one day. I thought that the bad news would never stop and each time it was worse.

Thing about that is that it wasn't really confined to one day. I think yesterday was easily the craziest CFB day since the Teo story. The Teo story gets my vote for craziest ever

Penn State was like an entire year... there were many many days in that saga. I think as a single day, across all programs, yesterday was College Football's June 17, 1994

I don't know about earth shattering nationwide but I was in elementary school at the time and I rememeber the whole state of Alabama shut down.

I'd say he's the next former football player most likely to kill someone with a machete.

But the machete and the victim will be invisible.
