With WVU leading Clemson 42-20 at the half, LSU has a chance to have gone 14-0, won the BCS and beaten two other BCS Bowl winners.

AM I a Rantard or what?

So if Alabama beats LSU wouldn't that make us the greatest team in history since we beat the team that beat all of those teams?

To be fair, West Virginia or the team they're playing Clemson has no business being in a BCS Bowl game. Oregon win was legit though. LSU deserves all the credit in the world for that asskicking.

I'm still not sure why #23 West Virginia is playing in the Orange Bowl. Or shitastic Clemson.

Understand the rules and you will figure it out also! Meaning those teams won their conference and earned their spot.

That would mean that a 1 loss, SEC Champion LSU would have beaten 3 BCS bowl winners. I think the AP would vote for that LSU team over a Bama team that only had 1 win of significance all year and finished second in its own division, not conference, division. Sounds like a split national title if your circumstance comes true.

Meaning both teams suck as well as their conferences this year?

There's no denying it anymore. A win on Monday puts LSU right there with the greats of all time.

We will most certainly be the most accomplished college football team not only in the BCS era, but maybe of all time.
