As one of the founding of the Southeastern Conference the University of Alabama grants the OP's wish to withdraw to seek safe spaces in another conference where there are less meanies and the history of the region is without controversy.

Take the AGGIES with ya. Yall never the right fit in the SEC.

Wouldn't it be crazy if the west broke off from the east? the west could add Texas/the OKlahoma's/Nebraksa/Kansas and the east could grab up all those coastal colleges. Would never happen in a million years but I've never seen it brought up.

30 minute rain delay. Nobody wanted to stay around to get soaked and possibly sick just to watch our team get beat by 40. It just wasn't worth it.
The most accurate and well said explanation of the phrase "Fair-Weather Fan" I have ever seen. Mizzou fans are the worst.
In the same thread, you have Mizzou fans acting like they are better than all other schools in the SEC, yet you lack the passion to support your team through a 30 min rain delay and superior (ranked) opponent?

Missouri should jump at any opportunity to align itself with states and universities that are more on its level economically, culturally and academically.
Also not sure if you paid attention the election, but Missouri has a lot more in common culturally with the SEC states than it does with Big Ten states like Michigan, Illinois, New Jersey and Maryland.
This is of course not including the idiots that started the campus protests and the BLM crowd. They would be much better off in a state like Maryland than Missouri.

I'm not a fair weather fan. We finished last in basketball and football last year and I was still on here repping my school anyway. I'm not gonna get Penumonia waiting around in the rain while my team is down by 30 at the half. The game was practically over. We were clearly out matched and it was cold and wet.

Big 10 already has a bunch of scrub schools. I don't know if they would take Mizzou.
Also, here's the overall national university ratings for SEC schools(USNews):
Vandy 15th
Florida 50th
Georgia 56th
A&M 74th
Auburn 99th
Tennessee/Alabama 103rd
SCAR 107th
Mizzou 111th
Kentucky 133rd
Ole Miss/Arky 135th
Miss State 176th
So ah...about being amongst peers. It seems that Mizzou is actually dragging the SEC average ranking down as far as quality.

I remember the game well because I was the head official. Our crew felt pretty bad for your team.

These rankings are pretty stupid honestly. The fact they actually influence a lot of people's college decisions is even worse.

I wonder how many passionate Patriots fans left the Superbowl early because it was "practically over"
You, sir, are a fair weather fan. You should sell your tickets.

Dont let the door hit you in the arse

We need stupid posters here to give us chit to laugh about. So far, Missouri has privided us with 90% of the worst posters on the internet. It's been a glorious fun ride. Don't let the door hit you on the way out and keep up the good work on the Big10 boards. Their fans need a good laugh on message boards like anyone else. I am certain you will achieve that in no time.

The funny thing is, outside of the mac or mountain west, there isn't a conference that would take missou right now. Some say they want to leave. Well, where would you go? Nobody wants the weak arse millennial shite you guys are repping and they def don't want the 1 yr of decent bball you will have next year. You're falling behind in all categories. Peace

Please do! Take your SJW school the hell out of my SEC. Mizzou, dumbass hillbilly school that thinks they are Harvadddd!

You can make an interesting case that joining the SEC cost Mizzou a title shot in football.

By all means, please get your dying school the frick out. All of this is laughable coming from you, considering the whole BLM and Ferguson fiascos.
