This should be a good hire for Mizzou, probably the coach they had their heart set on from the beginning of the process as well.

Hypothetically, how would the staff change if we did transition into a 3-4?
Would Kul coach the rushbackers and the 3 DL? or would they just practice with the LB group?
sn: Im a kc chiefs fan and to me 3-4 outside linebackers( hali/houston) are just extra lineman with shitty pass protection skills.
