Yes, Florida is full of yankees (and cubans), and they have the most bandwagon fans.

I bet you money that it was an Internet poll and a bunch of a-hole anti-Missouri SEC ranters posed as Mizzou fans to prove how much Missouri doesn't fit in the SEC.

Poll is a sham.

You're surprised that the majority of Missouri Fans selected baseball? Missouri the home of the current World Series Champion Cardinals?

I see what you're trying to do here since the majority of SEC states selected college football. Most of these states don't have pro teams that are any good though. The Texans are hot playing 4-0 and Texas selected NFL surprising huh? Georgia selected college football, but the braves aren't going anywhere in the playoffs.

Ummm, aren't the Falcons undefeated in the NFL?

You KC folks need to get over your inferiority complex with all things cardinals.

We'll all multi-task just fine, so deal with it.

Who gives a shite if there is a good local pro team - in any sport? College football is simply better to watch, better to follow and certainly better to attend.

Meh.

The Cards are the second winningest franchise in all of baseball. They have a following that spreads all over the mid south/south and midwest.

Mississippi,Alabama,Arkansas,Kentucky and South Carolina all have nothing in the way of pro sports to support. Thats 7 of 14 SEC teams in states with no major professional sports. What else are they expected to vote for?

Just got home from the Rams game. Great win. Will be heading to CoMO this weekend to watch Mizzou after watching the Cardinals try and beat the Braves on a play in WC game and hopefully they move on to the divisional playoff series.

Being a good college fan doesnt preclude one form being a good sports fan in general. The only clowns that claim its an issue are the ones that have no other teams to support outside their college of choice.
