Yes, future stadium expansion plans. The design allows for plenty of outward expansion.

You know what I hate about Mizzou's stadium? That the damn platform, I guess it's in the press box, where the main TV camera sits is so low to the ground that once the ball is near the redzone, you can't see jack shite. Compare that to the camera angle at Neyland, which is so high up, you can see everything.

UT has modernized their locker rooms as well.
Here is the old locker room.
Here is the new one. Notice the modern rod for hanging clothes outside the locker. Game changer.

The second pic isn't that bad. All they need to do is paint the room orange, add some carpet, and have an art student paint the wall in a checker board design.
