they are playing two 7 inning games Saturday. What a suck for the final weekend.

I wonder if they could have gotten them in except for tv like what happened to us a few times last year. I really think the SEC needs to rethink it's tv plan/policy

Weather is moving out down here so they'll be playing three in the sunshine. All the series that matter will be sunny and dry through Sunday, no offense to everybody east of MS.

Oh, anc and Dynasty Dawg big time win on the sticky

It's in the bottom of the 3rd. Cmon guys this page is riddled with false statements.

eta: lsu has a runner at 2nd with 1 out and duplantis at the plate with a 3-2 count.

Well why don't you create a thread then?

I pulled my info elsewhere, blame them.

Not much of a thread starter.

It only eliminates them from an outright title if they play all their games.

Carolina is a 1/2 game behind A&M and State. A win by either does not eliminate Carolina from a shared or outright title. If Carolina were also to lose today then yeah but that's an added element.

You're right. I keep forgetting they lost a game. I was only looking at win totals.

Updates done after 1st games.

Ole Miss drops one spot in the rankings.

GB changed to winning percentage because frick these rainouts man. If Florida ends up winning outright because they play less games I'm going to be a little upset. I mean, it's not their fault, but damn.

if LSU/UF game 1 inst over in time for the start of game 3 they're going to stop it and finish it after game 3. To be clear it's possible for the series to go:

Game 1 partial
Game 2
Game 1 partial
Game 3
Game 1 partial

Jesus at some point logic has to supersede tv right? I guess not.

I realize they're already 1 game short but the weather should be fine the rest of the weekend in BR. Fully confident we'll get all 3 in.

If we only play 2 and win 2 and MSU or A&M play 3 and win 3 we get passed by both. So playing fewer games is not always an advantage.

Good to hear

That one missed game could win it for them. Again, not their fault though.

Interesting. I hadn't looked at all the scenarios.

Regardless of the rain thing, Florida has had a great year. I don't want this to turn into anything sounding like I am discrediting them. Y'all have a really really outstanding team.
