I agree 100%. I can't exactly figure out why that is though. I'm not sure what will be the reason. It might be coming in third in recruiting in the state with limited recruits. It might be the record attendance of 30 something thousand. Or maybe the quality conference they play in. Either way, they are fricking awesome with their loss to Marshall and opponents' combined losing record. I wish I was a fricking mustard buzzard.

"Everyone beats you. SO stay out of it doofus."

Uhhh....Fresno St. and S. Illinois can testify otherwise.

I think they are VERY overrated. They have only beaten two teams with a winning record (SMU and La. Tech)

They have beaten three, SMU, La Tech and Virginia.

State has only beaten one team with a winning record, La Tech.

We have also played 4 top 15 teams including the best two teams in the nation.

Southern miss' best opponent is 6-4 Virginia.

What's your point? If they traded schedules, the records would likely be the same. USM would have lost to Bama, LSU, Georgia, SC, and maybe Auburn. State would probably have lost to Virginia instead of Marshall, so they would be 9-1 with USM's schedule.
