What else does MSU have at WR,

We have Brandon Heavens, is a lot like Bumphis but hasn't broken out yet.

Leon Berry is more of a typical WR and has good speed, was a very good kick returner for us last year.

Chris Smith is a sophomore WR that has yet to prove anything but does have good potential.

Marcus Green a very physical TE that will go up and fight for the jump ball and more times than not come down with. can outrun most lb's

When i looked at the height, weight, and passing style i immeadiately thought of ryan mallet. This should be a good one for state as they have struggled with QB position through the past few years.

Well, it's only his second year. I'm sure the depth at WR will increase, especially once the QB play improves. A couple more years and Mullen will have MSU in good position.

Saw him in high school, was good but didn't play against tough competition, we'll see how he plays against the big boys.

MSU is going to be scrappy this year with that defensive line. If they can get any sort of production out of their QB, watch out 3rd place in the west...

also don't forget about kaleb eulls. probably won't have an impact right away but once he puts some weight on he could be special.

Will more than likely redshirt with our depth at DL.

Jonathan McKenzie

According to the info from teammates on the pay board they think McKenzie is the real deal. They say he has a motor that never stops and is a beast in the weight room. FWIW he intercepted a batted pass and returned it for a TD yesterday.

you mean every year.

I'm interested in seeing how Russell does at QB. He still will have a lot to learn but hopefully the signs are there.

I'm also interested in seeing how Montrell Connor performs.

I think this team can get to 6 wins this year.

As do I.

Memphis, Alcorn St., UAB lock wins

Kentucky, Houston, Ole Miss, Arkansas, possible wins

LSU, Bama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia guaranteed losses.

Best case is we go 7-5

Worst case is 3-9

It will either be 5 or 6, with 6 being a pretty good possibility

That Thursday night Auburn game is not even remotely close to a guaranteed loss and neither is Georgia.

UGA will be better, but I could see you beating Auburn on thurs. night. Thursday nights are gimmicky(not just because we lost, it's a fact) and State should be up for this one. Arky as a possible win is less likely than beating Auburn on thurs. night

also we played lsu tough 2 years ago in baton rouge with tyson lee as quarterback and a much less talented team. what makes you think we could not break the streak this year with a much more talented team and a quarterback over 6 feet tall.

I'll give you some of the others but State won't beat LSU in BR. It goes against the laws of physics. It's like us and Bama, or oil and water
