I hate seeing that rendering where the new bowl only goes 2/3 of the way up to the east and west sides. I'm partially OCD and it bothers the hell out of me when I see that.

same...but it gets it done in one offseason, don't have to tear down/replace the video board, and easily allows for a full expansion to match the SEZ.
The East side(visitors) back in the 90's only went up about 2/3. They expanded it upwards and put up the Rebel Club in an offseason.

Still not terrible. Just as long as they leave it, so 5 years later they can start planning to make it look like the original plan. Eventually, it will look like the original...it has too.

I don't know what the frick capital planning is, but our stadium will look like the original pic within 10 years.

So you've spent all this money renovating the Starnes and FedEx Centers in order to tear them down within 10 years?

I still don't think the NEZ will look like the original picture in 10 years.

You don't think 10 years, after this renovation is completed, they will have the money to replicate the SEZ clubs? I do. 10 years is a lot of time. And our lawyer friend will be out of jail this year I believe.

I think this will be done in the next 5 years. I don't see y'all starting a expansion right when you just finished one. I think the original rendering will be complete in about 15 years.

But seriously, although the actual construction of the NEZ won't look like the renderings y'all have posted today, it should be done within ten years.
