What's better, make the tournament as a 10 seed and advance, or be a 2 or 3 seed and flunk out early?

Im more worried about our future at this point, and from what I'm seeing on the court its not looking very good. Here's pros and cons
Shooting sucks
rebounding sucks
ball handling sucks
passing sucks
Lack of size and Depth
Lack of impact recruits
Poor adjustments at halftime of games
With that said I have seen some positives.
Coaching is there players just aren't following or capable of following the game plans
Defense is good our guys play hard and hustle create a lot of steals
Craig Sword is a solid player and can score when he takes it to the hole.
