I fricking hate the horse collar penalty so much. Like of all the things in football, that's the biggest crock of shite. IIRC when it was implemented, they had to go back like 15 years or some shite like that to actually find a proper example of it causing injury.

I don't remember seeing anything about a facemask. And he didn't horse collar Treadwell. He pulled him down by the back of his jersey.
