It's funny -- a whole thread on how our pass d "sucks" based on a single aggregate stat, while ignoring that we see 25% more passes than anyone else in conference(literally 10 more per game) -- because everyone is playing from multiple tds behind while they can't run on us. And we're playing 2nd and 3rd string DBs quite a bit of the time.
Passes Defended - 1st in SEC
PBUs - 1st in SEC
Completion % D - 2nd in SEC
YPA D - 8th in SEC
INTs - 4th in SEC
Opp QB Rating D - 6th in SEC
If you honestly think we're the "worst" secondary in the SEC and just going to line up and let Cooper beat us, I don't even know what to tell you...
But I can see why it would be inconvenient for a Bama fan to look below the surface and find actual realities. It's much easier to find a stat that says something sucks and stick with that...
