Because LSU rushed for over 180yrds prior to this and I would bet the could get 4 more on 3 tries. But by all means use the one drive of 4 straight passes in a totally different scenario to definitely state LSU would not have scored. Hell, from the 5 LF could have jumped over the pile twice for the score.

The back and forth in this thread has been hilarious. Yes, Bama guy flopped and no the penalty did not keep 40 seconds from running off. It took a while to come to that conclusion in this thread

LSU rushed for what 180 yards against Bama? If they don't call a PF on the 6? LSU surely runs 3 times.....Based on this game clearly Bama didn't stop the run....But bad calls happen all the time. You just hate to see it in a game like that at a time like that. Usually if it is called they off set....Usually.

Well we did stop the first play cold. We know a 100% you are running it so there is a high likelihood that we stop LSU on the next 2 plays. We are 3 deep at DL so I bet we had fresh legs in there against your tired OL's. (don't even begin to tell me you might have thrown it and Saban knew that). It was totally inconsequential. You are complaining on a 2 "if" situation. It's really sad. Instead of complaining about the refs you should be bashing your QB coach. Jennings should have run it not thrown into double coverage on that last play. That's just fricking stupid. We got a RB at QB but he's playing like Tom Brady when the game is on the line. Why? Great coaching. Our guys teach to win. I don't know what you guys are trying to do.
Just get over it. As long as Saban is in Tuscaloosa we will win the majority of these games. What's his record against Miles now from Bama? 6-3? That's not bad. Other teams would love to have that record against him. Good luck in the pizza bowl.

Referring to the nature of the penalties sir not the result. You can't have a conspiracy or one sided refing if the refs are throwing tacky penalties at both teams in crucial situations

Why do I keep seeing LSU fans saying we could get the TD by running 3 times. They already ran once. You had 2 plays to get five yards down by the goal line.
