so the LSU qb centers the ball on 3rd and goal from the five the same way he did 3rd and goal from the 20 and takes a 2 yard loss. OK then ETA: I guess it would have been closer to 3rd and goal from the 3 but you're still right

You think just wanted to pat him on the shoulder? It's not like the UA player fell to the ground. It knocked him off balance and he took a few steps back. It also didn't help that he was shoved twice.

Well, actually, only the LSU player shoved anyone. The Bama player was trying to help him up and let go once he realized that he did not need to help. Very unsportsmanlike by the LSU player. Video below, I would like to see someone point out where a Bama player shoved anyone?
LSU player shoving, no Bama player shoved anyone.
After further review the LSU player looks like he is trying to hump the Bama player on the ground in the back of the helmet, definitely was strateling him from behind. The Bama player was pulling him off his teammate that was on the ground. The Vadal shoved him. Good call for UC.
