Totally forgot about that name, who is playing in his spot right now?
Jarrick Williams currently has the Star spot on lock. I see Geno challenging for either that spot or Fulton's spot if/when Geno shows that he can be trusted on and off the field.

Geno is the most talented corner y'all have, I'd say

I'd agree with that. Another name to watch out for is freshman Maurice Smith. He has come in ahead of the curve and shows a lot of promise. He has size, speed, good technique. Shouldn't be long before he has a real impact on the field.

In 3 years, I'll take Evans over Peterson all muthafrickin' day. I know that some guys can play above their size, but they can't play 6 inches above it.....especially when there's jumping involved.

It's not like Peterson is an athletic freak

Big difference between Pat and freaking Cyrus Jones/Deion Belue/John Fulton or whatever sad sack of shite pathetic excuse for an SEC corner Bama trots out there
Problem with this logic is Fulton shut down Evans in the 2nd Half of the Bama game last year. Evans is just at a different level now. Could he school Peterson? That's a big statement, truth is though there are very few human beings on the planet that can do what Evans can with his combination of size, vertical, and ability to adjust to and catch the ball. He's going to play on Sundays for a long time.

Evans is in his 4th year of organized football and is already one of the 2 or 3 best WRs in college football.
He's just scratching the surface.
PP as a sophomore or junior gives up 8 for 120 and 2 TDs. He also needs constant help bringing down the big man.

This couldn't be further from the truth. Until Evans is throwing passes, catching passes, playing defense, and returning punts/kicks in the NFL in one game. Peterson will be considered better.

Yet you feel compelled enough to post that.
I'm pretty sure this thread has zero to do with special teams.

Whether PP can throw 80 yards from his arse, catch bullets with his fingertips, or return kicks like Prime has no bearing on how badly Evans would abuse him physically.
LSU fans, stop always missing the point.

I'm just saying I think with his athleticism he has to be able to do all those things he would be able to handle Evans, might be the homer in me but I think so. Just my opinion. He did well with Julio Jones so he could handle Evans IMO.

PP as a junior vs. Evans now would be a good battle.
I think that's giving both players sufficient props, don't you?

I mean yea..the only edge Evans would have would be height, I think Petersons agility and speed would pose a huge problem for Evans on regular passes. Although he might abuse Peterson on short endzone jump balls but that might be it IMO.
