If that happens and the Big 10 gets two teams in that didn't even win their division, then Jim Delaney needs to drive himself to Birmingham and apologize in front of the SEC headquarters for his comments in 2011.

Maybe Im wrong, but I think we are setting a terrible precedent going forward if that happens. They cant keep flip flopping every year on what it takes to make the playoffs, if that's the case, then just disband the conferences and everyone go Independent

If Buffs beat Washington, Buffs will have better strength of record than Michigan. Buffs did lose @ Mich but were leading until QB got hurt. Committee might rank Buffs ahead of Mich despite head-to-head, just as they have done with OSU over PSU.

Committee's goal is to pick and seed the 4 best teams based on teams' resumes. Conf champ is merely one of several tie-breakers used if teams' resumes are approximately equal.

I would love to play Michigan. Clemson is the only team that would concern me.

If Alabama beats Michigan and OSU in the playoffs do the have to play the actual big champ after that?

The committee does not want a Bama vs MSU embarrassment again. Why have the committee if you are just going to put in conference champs? everyone with eyes knows Michigan is miles ahead of Penn State.

Why play the games if we are simply going to put in the teams who we THINK are "better"

God, I fricking hate the playoffs. Complete shitshow that has no business in CFB

If UW and/or Clem lose I think Michigan gets in. Their only two loses were in overtime on the road. And I didn't see anything during the Mich/OSU game to make me think Michigan isn't every bit as good as OSU, if not better. If they played again tomorrow I'd take Michigan.

I don't think Wisc or PSU have a way in honestly. That said, I don't think Clem or UW lose. I think the final 4 stays what it is right now.

If they were still using the BCS rankings the top 6 would still be the same and in the same exact order. In any system there is going to be problems. I'd rather have an actual champion instead of going back to when like 4 different teams claimed to win a national championship in any given year.

I think the Committee made a big statement last night with having OSU at 2 and Michigan at 5. I think they were saying no way the Big 10 Champ gets in (unless wisky or state just destory the other one). They took a lot of heat in 14 when they had TCU at 3 then dropped them to 6. I Don't think they will make that mistake again.

So in 14 is was a "mistake" but now it is a "statement". I wonder which team will magically benefit from both times?

What's creepy about a grown man having a sleepover with high school boys? There's nothing creepy about Netflix and chill.

You don't know that. UMs offense has been playing horribly of late.
