They realized there is nothing to gain from playing Arkansas. Decent team that can beat you, but not a big name.

There's history between Michigan and ND, so I can understand that more that "not a big name". At least with us, he would have gotten to say he played an SEC West team

Michigan wanted a tougher schedule. That way if they go 12-1, they don't get called into question during selection night

where does that place LSU? You've been BLOWN OUT two years running and finished behind us in the SEC west 2015 standings. You had a great run but Les can only live off the foundation that Saban left for so long and it seems to be crumbling as we speak
