Big Ten people just get more and more pathetic. A "Michigan education" is so valuable in the minds of high school athletes, most of whom are from disadvantaged backgrounds, that they are willing to pass up large amounts of money to play at the Big House.

fricking Idiots.

Who else is glad they didn't get an official, and have their school's named involved in this story?

Realistically, this is just bringing unwanted attention to Michigan.. What a dummy.

Ole Miss looks like the likely suspect... but Auburn is Auburn... I wouldn't rule them out. History speaks for itself.

Hopefully us. But Gus hasn't been as aggressive as Chizik, so I am guessing Clemson and UM. Our bagmen have been floating their resumes around.

Don't worry. Rodney Garner is alive and well down on the Plains.

No mention of the all expenses paid vacation to Sarasota and Bradenton Beach that Michigan has scheduled for its players during Spring Break...

Chris Webber says "Preach on. You can't put a price on a Michigan education."

How, as an AD, can you make those statements with out KNOWING you will have to speak to the NCAA and so will the recruit!

Now either he is stupid.... or He is wanting to get something started.

"Who did it?" USC is weary of the NCAA just coming off probation. Auburn wouldn't stoop to that level and is known for their spotless compliance record over the years. Everyone knows the family atmosphere is what drives their recruiting success. Hmmmm....that only leaves one other school.
Clemson?

Didn't Michigan hire some recruit's dad to their staff?

Michigan has been dirty for a long time. That's why the sanctimonious hypocrites from the B1G and ND gripe me so much. Anthony Carter, the originator of the #1 jersey tradition, was reading on less than a 5th grade level when UM recruited him out of Suncoast HS.

What a dumbass. Kid offered extras to sign with other teams. We offered just a good ole scholarship and he said yes. Nothing to see here.

We also hired his HS coach to be on staff. Nothing to see here.

Our fracking idiot of a coach did all kinds of crazy shite during recruiting process but we would never cross any lines as far as benefits.

Flint and Detroit are in Michigan, so how good is a Michigan Education, really?

It was a shot at Clemson. Unprofessional coming from an AD. Michigan hired Gary's high school coach on staff, the AD should just shut up.
