Yea, sure, some people drink a ton of water to hide a real positive drug test, but I'd rather actually catch them with a positive drug test than assuming they are trying to hide something.

This means they are assuming it is a failed drug test, and they are not giving anyone the benefit of the doubt.

My only counter to that would be how often do athletes end up with a diluted test? Because he's probably drinking as much in rehab as would an uninjured athlete who is training pretty hard leading up to the combine and draft.

I do think it's shitty that it's treated as a failed test.
