We are now 19-6 against UGA and hopefully it will be 20-6 saturday night.

And in that span, Florida has won 2 national championships and a heisman winner

I'd rather take a roller coaster that reaches the the highest highs regardless of the lows than a straight line through (mediocrity isn't quite the word but you get the point)

We get it, we do. Auburn fans do it around here all the time.

Hey, I'd gladly take a couple of national championships mixed it with some really shitty seasons ... just sayin'.

it is funny that the only UF coach with a losing record against Georgia is the one who went to Georgia for college.

I'm confused.

I thought the overall UF/UGA record is 41-50-2 in favor of UGA?

I think, and correct me if I am wrong, but I think you are saying, and correctly so, that you are 19-6 vs UGA AS (After Spurrier).

You're 19-6 vs UGA since the HBC arrived in 1990. And three of those UGA wins occurred under the worst HC at Florida in 25 years.

25 years is definitely longer than the age of most posters on this forum and it is most definitely longer than the age of any recruits out there these days. Did I state that correctly? It was a difficult translation. Owell, you get the point.

You have to be mentally incapable to not out coach Richt. Richt is the laughing stock of college football. Biggest underachiever in the SEC. 15 yrs and nothing to show for it. Don't give me that 2 SEC crap.

So Les Miles is mentally incapable? He does have a losing record vs him...

Richt can only dream of what Miles has accomplished. It will take Richt atleast 3 lifetimes to get anywhete near milea. Miles played for 2 NCGs and possiblg a 3rd one this year. These two coaches should not even be in the same sentense as its a no comparison.

And yet Richt has out coached miles in 3 of the 5 games they have favced each other..something you said makes Miles mentally incapable...

Well of course, College football began in 1990, prior to then the "before time" as it is known was a dark and unwelcoming era lost to history, an age in which teams like Minnesota, Army, Princeton and even occasionally Georgia won national titles- all things that don't really happen today.

Richt is 5-9 vs da Gator. Man 5-10 sounds so much worse than 6-9. Big game for Richt imo.

I agree. If Richt loses this game...and the odds are that he will...will UGA finally realize they're in a holding pattern of mediocrity?

UGA deserves better. This isn't a swipe on my part, it's in LSU's interest for UGA...and the rest of the east teams as well...to improve both on the field and on the recruiting trail.

Two of our West rivals, Alabama and Auburn, would be far more negatively affected recruiting-wise by a resurgent East than LSU would.

So here's to UGA, UF, UT, UK, UM, and USCe all upping their game.

From my perspective, it is low class for a school to try to count a game from a year when an opposing school didn't have a football team and instead had some game with an intramural squad in Macon, GA. I mean, really? Are you that desperate? No SEC school should stoop that low. Save that for Oklahoma's and Alabama's counting nonsense. Another school "stooping" so low. Yes, we know, Alabama has 9,963 national titles in the last 100 years.

The record is 49-41-2 with Georgia leading.
