It's not impressive anymore to dunk a basketball when you're 6'6" - 6'8".

When your whole head is above the rim (Wiggins), it's pretty damn impressive

Jarell Martin opted out of dunk contest to rest his knee. Really unfortunate.

Also, Wiggins is nothing like LeBron (more like T-Mac), and Gordon is nothing like Griffin (more like an uber-athletic Marion).

The comparison to LeBron is more on the elite level type talent he is. I should of said in the OP the best high school player to come out since LeBron. I would say go back and look at LeBron in high school they seem to have very similar body types especially considering Wiggins should be a junior in high school right now.

I don't know about Gordon though. Have you watched him play? Seems to play a lot like Blake did. You have to remember Blake spend 2 years in college and missed his entire rookie year in the NBA.

Wiggins should be a senior. He was originally 2013, reclassified to 2014, and reclassified back to 2013.

I disagree that they had similar body types. Lebron was pretty built even back in high school. Not to the extent that he is now, but Wiggins is a twig compared to Lebron.

But yeah, they're both elite talents.

He plays far more on the perimeter than Blake. Griffin is also a good three inches taller than Gordon. They're both elite jumpers and are fairly light-skinned... Don't see many similarities as basketball players.
