Well we can both at least agree that we dislike this guy. So there's that.

Look I would have never gotten rustled had you just took a second to let me respond. Instead, before I even addressed your first post you post again about how I'm full of shite and that all I knew was hearsay from a 24/7 board.

I'm guessing you completely missed that sentence in one of my earlier posts.

I didn't miss anything. But you somehow fail to see that your opinions on the guy doesn't mean his job was in jeapordy.

If you want to be fair he was basically right about the whole damn city minus the Johnston, Ambassador, Kaliste Saloom, University area (or the semi square that would make).

Let's be real the rustle in this thread is too strong and something would have gotten you eventually anyway

This guy sure did rustle a lot though....it was freaking hilarious to listen to Lafayette sports radio (yes surprisingly it exists...not great but it exists).

His comments were racist so yeah he deserved to lose his job. You don't attack ethnic groups as unintelligible and allow you co-host to call them the missing link. That shite is no different than calling someone black, asian, latin@, etc. by certain words and being so derogatory that you even go so far as to say:

all black people are [insert slur/negative stereotype], all asians are [insert slur/negative stereotype], all latin@s are [insert slur/negative stereotype], and all white people are [insert slur/negative stereotype] etc.

Hopefully the fool learned something.

He basically insulted things that are slightly more cognizant of their own existence than a crawfish... Why the outrage?

When you use the media to say what he did his message spreads far and wide and becomes very inappropriate and unprofessional because he's using the power of the media tools he's been given to spread stereotypes about an entire group of people. His responsibility is not to abuse the position he's been given - he could've said the town sucked without getting into nastier stuff. He didn't at all have to attack the people and attacking the people is where he gets into trouble.
