It honestly wasn't. I actually think Flynn is a talented QB just needs the right situation

Plenty of teams in the CFL and arena leagues to give him a chance.

I would say Flynn is a backup caliber QB because of his arm, but if Ryan can start with his weak arm, Flynn can.

Of the QBs we have put into the NFL over the last 10 years, how many were the first pick of the draft?

JPW was an undrafted free agent, McElroy went in the 7th round, and Croyle had an NFL caliber arm on an elementary schooler's body.

If you know that your QBs suck and NFL personnel think so, why start this thread?

To go a step further, your RBs also fail. AND Julio Jones is the only WR that I think of that you guys have in the NFL.

Want to do defense next?

I've never understood how NFL success or lack there of matter to CFB fans...

I guess when you don't have much to be excited about, you'll reach for everything that you can.

Because Alabama fans are petulant about where their athletic department falls short. It is the same reason they post that no one cares about basketball and baseball but love up on softball.

Sounds like a good news/bad news deal for Matt.

Bad News - getting released

Good News - not a Raider anymore.

Yeah, I get that, but if your a CFB fan of a team that wins, I don't see how you would care to brag about those players in the NFL.

Bragging about NFL success from former players seems like an Ole Miss/Baylor level of fandom bragging about the success found in the NFL by former QBs that eluded them while in college.

Because you aren't a Bama fan, you can't understand it. Trust me, it's better that way.
