I called 6-6 in the predictions thread so this seems about right to me. But who knows?

List is shite because it doesn't have a "*" beside the Ole Miss prediction.

Ole Miss and Tennessre both at 11 regular season wins would break the rant.

Not a fricking chance. Apparently Massey doesn't know that UT allowed 7 TFL and that alone means this whole thing is bullshite.

Surprised to see the Hogs at 10-2. It could happen if Austin Allen is as good as advertised.

It is going to be a great season in the SEC! Can't wait!

If this held up there would be job openings in Baton Rouge

I want to meet LSU in the SECCG and then beat them, resulting in a downward spiral that would lead to the firing of their long time coach (beloved by fans) and a descent into irrelevancy for at least a decade. Would be a nice little turn of the tables

You are completely right...no way UT can win any games if last year's team gave up 7 tackles for loss per game. Especially if you compare it with the elite teams in FBS. Heck...look at how last year's playoff teams did.

Alabama - 6.7
Oklahoma - 6.9
Clemson - 4.7
Michigan State - 5.0

Besides the number of negative yardage plays, even more important is the number of yards lost on those plays.

Alabama - 370
Oklahoma - 322
Clemson - 234
Michigan State - 261

Compare that to the 345 yards that UT gave up. FBS Tackles for Loss Allowed

Kenneth Massey (with a Masters in Math from Virginia Tech) can probably figure out how to weigh this crucial statistic. He seems like he has things figured out pretty well.
