I'm sure many NBA scouts will agree with this assessment, and he will be drafted accordingly.

Very good basketball players from big time conferences should at least see the court in the NBA.

we shall see

LSU fan holds on to past.

Blasts Ole Miss fans for holding on to past.

I misread his post

seemed like he was stating MH was more popular than anyone from LSU (all-time)

not to mention MH isn't as popular as half of the UF team. But that's neither here nor there.

I haven't blasted anyone. I just said I don't think MH is very good and that he gets too much credit for what OM did last year.

Chris Warren was a very good basketball player. As was Kenny Boynton.

College basketball is a different game than NBA.

Just like college football and NFL.

And I respect that, but come full circle and respect how we feel towards MH. He's not the best bball player we have ever had, but by God did he spark the program and our fans interest in the program. Not many schools will ever get the media coverage we received towards the end of last season.

I simply made a comment that he didn't sell out nearly every gym he played in

how OM fans feel about what he did for their program is kinda how I feel about what Mathieu did in his short time with LSU.

He was a shite talking little shite, but he got us publicity.

the transition from college to the NBA is nothing in comparison to the transition in football

you have kids who are NBA ready at 17 for God's sake

and for the record, you said I judged him based on 2 weeks worth of play when the OP clearly has his stats for the season

he shot 35% from the field

thirty five

and averaged 2 rebounds a game and 2 assists

Freeze probably would prefer passing that trophy on to a bball player who crashes the boards

Ray Allen's career numbers:

40.1% from 3-point, 3.4 assists, and 3.1 rebounds per game

Marshall Henderson's career stats:

35% from 3-point, 2.6 assists, and 2 rebounds per game

Not too much difference considering some things:

1. Ray Allen plays on average 5-7 mins more a game than MH.
2. The NBA doesn't play defense.
3. Our offense isn't setup for MH to get assists or rebounds. You would know this if you watched a game of ours instead of googling "Marshall Henderson stats"

The difference between 35% and 40% is pretty large from 3 point range, on top of that, you failed to post that Allen is 45.2% career shooter overall, Henderson is hovering around 10% lower than that just about, which is awful.

I cant believe someone compared MArshall Henderson to Ray Allen.

What in the everlivingfrick

What's wrong with comparing? Don't be an idiot. I'm not even slightly putting them in the same category, but simply comparing. You can compare Dwight Howard's 3-pt % to Reggie Miller's if you'd like...doesn't mean you are putting them in the same category.

God, I hate posters that bring nothing to the table.

First someone compared Marshall Henderson to Mike Miller and now Ray Allen. Then I see this shite.
