Manzeil all day long. Mariotta plays a bunch of high school defenses and still only has marginally better numbers...though you conveniently left out rushing numbers.

I think mariota might actually have more upside because of his straight away speed and size but Manziel is a better player.

Didnt manziel want to go to oregon? I also recall Jerrard randall being rated higher than both of them. He also was going to oregon before he came to LSU.
