Are you supposed to count losses in margin of victory? Sounds retarded to me.

You guys are stupid. If you don't count losses, then then there would be some 1 win teams that are "just as good on paper" as some undefeated teams. Of course you count losses. You count negative rushes in rushing totals don't you?
