No deal. My sig stays, only to be updated if we beat another Big 12 Champion in a bowl game, most likely Sugar from here on out. Or if we get a hold of those polls Bama does to retroactively claim titles 20 years later.

I feel bad for aTm at this point if the NCAA says sit him after their chancellor spewed his BS Manziel's lawyer has just cause to sue aTm's pants off

My reply was to Telewafax , he has Auburn fan by his name moron.
Yea , Auburn hasent cheated in 20 years.
That is not what Terry Bowden told a reporter.
And why all the non discloser contracts when coaches get fired.
You are now broke , because Colonial bank went under and Bobby Lowder is broke.
Why get off topic ? I was showing a factoid about how the NCAA works , and a jealous Auburn fan has to make a snide remark.
As I pointed out , even if a kid lies to the coaches and administration , you had better beware.
In my opinions, the NCAA already has JFF on the infraction that states no one can profit from an athlete , with the athletes knowledge..... IMO , the NCAA is going to say we recomend a 4 to 6 game suspenion and JFF pay back the money that “ we assume ” he took or we will get back with you after the full investigation is over.
Trumph card being, if A&M allows JFF to play whilst ANY PRODUCTS are still being sold , JFF & A&M are guilty per the NCAA by law , and since colleges want to play hard ball with lawyers and technicalities ( see Auburn 2010 ) then we , the NCAA , will also play hard ball with technicalities.

All aTm can do is send c&d's when a trademark is being infringed upon, much like bama did with the mall suit guy, if the autographs of #2 have no aTm mark then the school can't do much. NCAA isn't going to go the route of suspending him because he knew of a profit, opens up a huge can of worms IMO that they don't have the political will to pull off right now. If so quite a bunch of other players will be called out too. Said it earlier aTm is ok I think as long as they didn't cover up for #2. Play him.
