Money passing hands can actually be 'benched' in this process. No smoking gun is needed

If JFF didn't know the autographs were to be sold, he SHOULD HAVE. Enough to sit him exactly two games . Aggies can claim they saved face. Sumlin's boss (you know, the one who PUBLICALLY tells his boy Sumlin what he can and can't say in a press conf) stumps a big speech. The ncaa can slap each other on the back and a healthy JFF starts against bama.

Coach does not have to tell player why he is not starting or playing- Could he not simply at game time announce JFF is not the starting QB and not play him?

I see no way a lawyer has an angle to sue the Univ if a coach decides he wants to play another player. There are no laws that govern who plays.

THis would be a tough case to prove in court and I don't see a Texas judge ruling against A and M

I would have to immediately file a motion to withdraw.
