It's pretty bad when you know your coach can't beat Bama. So you dick ride another team, hoping they don't make a dumbass hire, like your team did.

I mean his name alone would pull elite offensive talent to the school, and he'd easily be able to compile an elite staff him. No worries about his game management skills either considering he basically ran the Colts while he was there.

Not as HC. He'll definitely help on the new HC search by advising on the new coaches and assistants available, court them, get booster money, etc.
As to actual coaching maybe QB coach max. Or maybe one of those "consultants" that bama has a bunch of. HaHa.

Well, we didn't lose one last year. And our last 2 losses came against a coach fired for hookers and got his team on probation. We can't win them all. But the remaining schedule is looking much weaker than a couple months ago.
