Mizzou fans are ridiculous. All I've heard is how they were predicted to be blown out every game this year (laughably untrue) and how they're being disrespected.

They're not. Auburn is getting more credit and attention because we're a more prominent program, we just knocked off #1, and we just finished one of the top games in CFB history. Auburn fans are universally concerned about Missouri, and our arguments for the BCS are transferable to you if you beat us.

Stop being whiny bitches, you're in a grown up conference now.

You all are talking about a team that had a worse 2012 season then you all did. You are talking about players that went through hell last year. Everyone has picked against Auburn this season and really what we have here are two teams that have similar mentalities coming into the game.

They both have something to prove and Auburn has never lost focus on who the opponent they were playing. I am sure the same can be said of Mizzou. This looking for an edge is comical at best, but I get you Mizzou fans needing to do this.

Exactly. You don't get to the SeCCG without being damn legit. Both are good teas Both have weak spots. And I believe that each teams strengths line right up with the others' weak spots. This should be a very good game.

NO one thought these two teams would be meeting this year. So, the coaches are going to have to work some major OT to get ready. Reporters are asking questions, but I would bet llittle thought was even given to in-depth scouting of the other team until Saturday's games were history.

The fact that it's gotten under y'all's skin so quickly has to cement it as our strategy for the week.

Missouri has never won a national championship and hasn't won a conference championship since the 60s. The national media and other head coaches questioning Missouri's legitimacy happens every season. It really shouldn't surprise anyone that lots of people think Missouri actually sucks or is at least overrated/lucky/etc.

Edit: typo

I am finding it funny not irritating. Please keep being self deprecating, I look forward to it.

To quote our own lovable Les Miles: " we were undefeated in regulation games". We lost both games in OT.

We do Disrespect better than any fan base you have ever seen before.

This is what we do, we all have inferior complexes and expect to band together. United we stand, divided we fall.

Now, Rocky...

Mizzou fans tend to be self-deprecating. We've had our hearts ripped out too often not to be. But I honestly think this game could go either way. I'll be there, in black and gold, screaming my lungs out!

I barely trolled our biggest rival leading up to the IB. I doubt I will be involved in too many of the troll threads this week as well.

With the way the last 2 games went, I'm predicting Auburn wins on a fumbled snap as Mizzou is trying to kneel out the game.

Honestly, I think it's not just people underestimating Mizzou just because "it's Missouri".

I think, rather, it's the fact that the East is down this year, coupled with the fact that Missouri did not play the top three teams in the West and had a paper-thin OOC slate.

Regardless, Missouri gets its chance at earning respect on the field this Saturday.

A familiar refrain. We heard that beating Ole Miss and aTm would be impossible.

Alabama didn't play the top 3 teams in the East. LSU played the 3rd team in the East and lost. Auburn did and won on a last-second play at home. The West went 8-6 versus the East.

I get what you're saying, but I think some of the insistence that the East is down is based off of Mizzou winning it.
