I just don't believe this. Our rushing game was fine until the OL started shitting the bed every game near the end of the season. What kills the offense is our QBs can't hit a WR with 15 yards of separation.
With a QB who is decently mobile, but more importantly can throw accurately, the offense will be fine

But, but, but - When Cam got to Auburn, he couldn't hit water if he fell out of a boat? And he was the next JuCo bust?
Watch his passing during the first couple weeks and through the spring, and compare that to the end of the season.

Not really. We rarely ran the read this year unless Frazier was in the game. And Dyer still had over 1000 yards. What killed the offense this year was the lack of blocking and shitastic QB play

I like Malzhan as a coach but I do think he is very similar to Meyer as far as perception of his offense. Does it work in the SEC without a great qb? Before the Chris Todd stats come out, take into account that was his 1st year with his offense in the SEC(Arkansas' was a combo of Nutt/Malzhan) and the better defenses held them in check. DC's have a read on his tendancies and without a superman qb like Newton the offense can't compensate. Meyer's was the same after Tebow.
