They don't really deserve this as a fanbase. As a culture, yes, as a bunch of yankees, yes, but not as a fanbase.
It just keeps getting worse and worse for these poor people.
I seriously do almost feel badly for them. So much potential yet so little hope now that all of this has happened.
It really began with Michael Sam kissing that little Italian girl during the draft show and then eating cake with her. That's where it all began - it all went downhill from there. It did dammit ... there is no denying that.
