Cam looked like old Cam tonight, and Mac looked really good too. I think the eagles defense is really bad though.

Cam was injured because the Panthers ran him into the ground and did not get him any help on Offense. It was as bad last year where Cam had to run more than he should have. If this year is the same, Hoya will be the last man standing for the Pats.

Literally the Pats did the same thing last year, I do agree with you that the Panther did Cam wrong. But some of it does fall on Cam for not sharpening his pocket progression over the years. It's tough to be a winning team if your Qb leads you in Rushing yards and TD in his 30s. This year is on Cam has OTAs, Camp and Preseason with a full year learning the playbook.

Panthers OL sucked in pass protection. Most of Cams yardage running was scrambling out of the pocket. It is how he hurt his shoulder in the first place.

Cam’s days are numbered. He won’t finish this season as a starter. He may hold a clipboard for 1-2 years after but he’s about done.
