Two of those games were because of Les Miles. Another one was because of Les Miles' old antiquated offense we were stuck with last season, and the last game we lost to Florida was a fluke game.

Etling is a threat. I was impressed with him as the season progressed and dread playing him this year. Has some of the crazy qualities of Chad Kelly without the insanity. I hated playing Kelly as well. He should not be discounted, I think he is primed for a good year.

Etling was pretty dreadful in 2 of the 3 losses he played in. He'll have to improve if LSU wants to make any real noise.

Against Florida he threw for over 200 yards

204 yards to be exact. He completed 14 passes with a completion percentage of 56 and zero TDs.

Etling does nothing really well.

For starters, LSU does not lead the NFL in active players. Secondly, you guys are now touting Danny Etling as a top tier quarterback. Have you reserved your tickets to Atlanta in December?

Meanwhile, everyone in camp says he has never looked better today and that he is throwing with much more zip and accuracy

Heard the same shite year after year about JJ also.

You just compared Etling to Chad Kelly.

When a team shuts down LSU run game, like Bama will again this year, you will see just how bad Etling really is.

A good QB could put the team on his back and carry them, even without a run game. Like Watson, Newton, Tebow, Kelly.

He has that crazy look in his eye. Chad Kelly's looked more like a serial killer, but Etling looks like he is actually thinking. By the records they don't look the same, but they are still to be respected. I don't relish facing Etling this year, I think he will be a much better QB if he has actually had some instruction.

throwing short passes to running backs tend to inflate your your stats... but by all means tell us more about this amazing Danny Etling

That play was called like twice all last year, dipshit. You obviously know nothing about football. Why are you here?

Slow release. Weak arm. Statue in the pocket. His passes when in the air look strikingly similar to a clear plastic sack of hammered dog shite.

We are talking about Etling here not Hurts.

Correct. Hurts accounted for more than 3700 yards. Etling accounted for less than 2200

ITT: "less miles single-handedly lost all our games for us. We'd have been undefeated with Coach Ogbmnm."

Some people are in for a rude awakening.

Do you not know football, like at all? Bama's defensive line was abusing our offensive line. Etling had ppl in his face within 2 seconds. Stop spewing bullshite PLEASE.

So, in your opinion, why did LSU lose 4 games last year?

L 14 - 16 vs Wisconsin
15-yd penalty took us out of GW FG range, then Harris panics and throws one up for grabs (i.e. we shot ourselves in the foot)

L 13 - 18 @Auburn
If we had snapped the ball a split second sooner we would have won (i.e. we shot ourselves in the foot)

L 10 - 0 vs Alabama
It was 0-0 going into the 4th; aside from Clemson who else played Bama that well?

L 16 - 10 vs Florida
We fumbled inside the 5-yd line, then botched a FG snap inside the 10-yd line, everyone in the Milky Way knew we'd run the toss-dive on 4th & goal (i.e. we shot ourselves in the foot)

2780 through passing (majority made after the catch).
2200 mostly passing in a very run heavy offense.

Get your facts right and stop trying to inflate his horrible passing ability.
