I don't know why anyone starts a topic on SEC Rant. All it does is turn into a pissing contest with every fricking topic 
If any of you on here every pump any iron you would know that when you start hitting the 375lb+ mark no matter what exercise you are doing every 5lbs makes a difference. A cousin of mine that I use to work out with could max 385 on bench but could never get to 400.

Cleary you only watched his freshman year. He made great strides in the run defense his SO year. Good look at PFF, They #s back it up.
