Y'all haven't been to many BCS games in your program's history. But, all things considered, the "hotter team" is good for TV ratings. But, people watch on TV to see "hot teams." BCS Bowls who look for programs who have greater national appeal, and, who travel the best and sell the most tickets. In this scenario, that's LSU. And, it's been proven over the last decade, not over the last week.

In relation to whom?? Of course LSU travels well but I dont think you understand how well we travel and how large the alumni base is, making the claim that your a better draw for a bowl game because yall will travel better than us is a stupid arse assumption

Well we're #7 right now and #4 will almost certainly play #5, plus FSU has to beat Florida or this whole thing is moot anyway because UF will go over either of us. So that's 2 of the 3 spots we need to move up right there. One other final week loss will probably be enough to get us up to #4. Not that farfetched at all.
If you didn't jump us after beating Bama you wont do it going forward so all we need to do is win out.

Sure they do. Because, they've seen scenarios play out with their program multiple times throughout the last 10 years that ended up with their program getting into the BCS Games over other programs that had the same wimpy arguments that A&M is making now.

We sold 40k Rose Bowl tickets in about 2 days, before we had even been announced for the game.

Last year, the four highest rated tv games for college football were:
LSU-Oregon
LSU-WVU
LSU-Bama
LSU-UGA
National champ was rated just as high as those four, but not as high as the first meeting.
CBS picked LSU-Bama last year to be their primetime game this year.
Want to place a wager on what their primetime game will be next year? You think it'll be TAMU-Bama in College Station? Or LSU-Bama in BDS?
