No. It is my second post on the topic over the last few weeks. It is funny how much it aggravates you, though.

Am I lazy when it comes to bookmarking and researching previous threads on the SEC Rant?
Guilty as charged.
I fired a shot a couple of weeks ago on this and am firing another today. Take it how you like.
But, the reality is that LSU will have a much better season than has been anticipated and experts are beginning to rethink their previous predictions. Just giving warning to the Rant. Do with it as you like.

I did not. I'm not totally sure what I said before the season, but after the Wisconsin win, I changed my prediction for the season to 6-6. I was glad we did better than that.

Has there been an offseason where there were so many predictions of LSU having a horrible season in the upcoming year?
No.
So, perhaps the collective stupidity of the SEC Rant influenced me to write two threads over the course of a few weeks before the season to make sure that they remember their collective stupidity and don't try to crawfish out of it.
I am glad that my intention met its target in you.

LSU was a terrible team last year, and went 4-4... but they'll be a good team this year, and go 3-5.

It is as though this LSU team is about to burst with young, hungry talent that is incredibly confident and also willing to accept the lack of respect as a badge of honor. I have no idea what the final record will be, but I think that we are about to see something special. The players and coaches seem dialed in. It is almost as though they are keeping it quiet with just a few leaks here and there. Maybe I am just being a homer, but it seems like this team knows what's up.

Our talent last year was the OL and Fournette... I'd say this held true.
