I litterally do not know a single season ticket holder that wanted that game to stay on Thanksgiving. It made perfect since with Texas 90 miles away but makes no sense with an opponent 350 miles away.
Second, why on earth do you care about making it easier for LSU fans to attend the game? That's truly baffling to me.
Saturday is probably the least objectionable day to play the game that weekend, but the majority of folks celebrating this change will be bitching loudly the first time we play this game at 11 a.m., and given the crowded schedule on that Saturday, it will happen sooner or later.

As long as we keep playing and finish with A&M, I'm all for whatever. There will come a day when that game will decide the SEC West. And it will be grand.

That's sucks for me and my fiancé. She went to Colorado so the game being on TDay allows us to go see A&M/LSU and then that Friday fly up to Denver so we can see CU/Utah on Saturday.
