Really? You really believe your players didn't care about winning that game last night? About winning out after the Bama loss? About Fournette getting back into Heisman contention? ... The more I read this board, the clearer it is the number of people who know very little about many aspects of football, more specifically, about the players & their mental fortitude & competitive nature, particularly at this level, and even more positive of the vast number who've never played an organized physically & mentally challenging sport in their lives past pee wee league.

So you're comparing Arkansas fans not showing up to watch a team with no bowl hopes led by John L smith with a 1-loss LSU team with playoff implications?
Maybe curb those expectations. You guys aren't that good

You can whine all you want but I know what I saw.

We are a much better program than Arkansas and there is no excuse to lose to the hogs more than a few times a decade on miracle type plays or something. What I witnessed last night is embarrassing and beneath LSU.

It's easier for them to rationalize what they saw. Saying the team didn't care is a classic defense mechanism. It's nothing new. Just know that people like Draconian Sanctions that use it, are often the most insecure ones.

Every LSU game is a race between the players and fans to see who can quit first

Bless you DS, you should run for public office. Your ability to stay on message when the world is burning around you is actually mildly inspiring. Next year maybe the Tigers can be bothered to care.

Did you even watch the game?

That's what Texas thought about Baylor, TCU, Texas Tech. But they let Les Miles, ahem, I mean Mack Brown, coast for years while everyone else caught up.

I started a thread last night saying it's time for a change. Miles can take his emotionless sideline demeanor and 1980's offense and go back north.

Good lord, WHO'S whining? ... I haven't even made it through a quarter of y'all's threads to know 95% of the "fans" here probably need to be watched closely for fear of jumping off the top tier of TS. ... Pardon the interruption; continue along with your epic whiny melts.

Evidently, this is true.

You're whining about not giving Arkansas "respect" or whatever.
I'm melting b/c our coaches and players don't act like the letters on the side of the helmet mean anything.
You'll probably beat is again next year, maybe then we can get a new coach.

He has to be wrong. Nothing beats a night game at Tiger stadium. LSU fans live for every second of it.
Ladies and gentlemen...its night time in TIGER stadium! Time for Arkansas to beat that arse!

Well to be honest I don't know if LSU would have won that game if they HAD gone all out. Arkansas had the right game plan dialed in and the Tigers decision to go from the shotgun really slowed Fournette down to start the game.
I will say, in partial defense of DS, he is right about the lack of spirit. For the second week in a row LSU pulled a Ronda Rousey and folded like a cheap blanket in a tough, physical, game.

I agree with most of this. We deserve most of this criticism. As a team and a fan base. Especially when there is a large contingent of our fans mouthing off constantly before we even win a game that matters and seemingly showing no respect to our opponents. Too much of a country club environment in BR now? We seem to be taking the Longhorn route at the moment. It's time for an attitude and overall culture shift. Time to cut all the hyperbole DBU NFLU Dline U crap. Miles has to see that he is the only common denominator in our failures at this point over the last few years. I love Les as a man and for his accomplishments but come on....

... Holy hell, take a breath. ... I simply said your fans suck; you inserted your own overflowing glass of whine. ... And you're right; you all didn't give us respect - we took it from you right from the beginning, starting with stomping on your tigger eyeball in the middle of your field all the way through to the mercy knee. ... And it's you, the shitty fans, who reflect badly on your school/team, not your players/coaches - nothing new there. But I'm certainly not upset about it; highly entertaining - carry on.

That tweet will be the gift that keeps on giving come recruiting season.
Thanks, Mr.LSU TE, but most importantly thank you Tiger fans for wanting everyone to see the nice color of your bleachers.
when your team plays like shite you leave, Gordon might fit in better at mizzou with the other pussies.
