I've always thought that a fan's job is to be a fan. But I can see why some of you think this shows how soft LSU is.

Fans don't have a job. You don't pay to show up at your 'job'. I think that's the difference. Fans get some choices. That's why players shouldn't worry about fans all that much. Celebrate the good regarding the fans but don't worry about the bad. If you're a player and you get fixated on the bad stuff from the fans, that's sure way to go crazy.

Yes, he is correct. LSU used to be the best. We rooted for and loved the Tigers through thick and thin, and there was thin.
Now we are spoiled pussies and I'm ashamed to be associated with that seemingly large contingency of fair weather fans.
