Someone posted the Ken Pom lines for the SEC tournament, and LSU and Arkansas are basically equal. LSU is way ahead of Alabama. Surprised me, but then I don't understand a lot of these measures, so I'm not sure how they work.

LSU could win the tournament and wouldn’t be a 4 seed

You will have to go through Karensas though and last i heard they are done resting for the tourney.

They are really in the 5-9 range of SEC.
5 teams finished 9-9 in conference

Yea 5 or 9 however you want to look at it.
Just glad LSU was able to win 9 games in league play. They came a long way from nobody wanting to play them in the non conference schedule

LSU could win every game in the conference tourney by 20 and be a 5 seed.

We will be a six seed. The tournament is not going to affect that one way or the other.

I would worry about getting slapped with a 8/9 seed. These projections are a little off sometimes. I would win a couple in the tournament just to be safe but if you want to make sure a sixth seed is certain then winning it all might do but that depends If LSU wants to rest up instead.
