No doubt those Bama and Barn fans know we would have BEATEN Auburn but for Miles inept clock management. Down votes are almost certainly for your grammar.

Because transitive property is such a great way to predict CFB games

Soooo, who has Bama played that's just so great? A&M? The team that gave up 700 yards of offense to Tennessee? Tennessee? The team that despite having 700 yards of offense still lost to A&M? USC? Yeah, they are just killing it... Arkansas? ROFL!!!

I'm not saying we are for sure going to beat Bama this year, but we will without a doubt be the toughest opponent they have faced all year. The only team we have played in common so far is Ole Miss and I'd say we actually handled them a. It better than Bama did.

LSU hasn't beaten anyone yet. Close losses to Wisconsin and Auburn aren't terrible, but are obviously below the pre-season expectations.

I'm glad they looked good beating Ole Miss but really that was their first quality win, and it came against a team that is now below .500 (so even that is debatable).

With a 7-0 record, LSU is #3 in the nation. The Auburn one may come back to bite them, but Les should have been talking to the refs to get clarification that they understood the rule. The rule states that an illegal shift is a dead ball foul and the clock starts on the snap.

We have a long way to go. I can't see going through that 4 game stretch undefeated, but I hope the tigers can pull it out.

No matter what happens, LSU will end up hiring Yosemite Sam as their permanent HC and all will be right with the world.

Yep, because this is totally the same team that lost to Wisconsin and Auburn on the road.

New coach.
New offensive coordinator.
New QB.
New defensive coordinator who has had half a season to get things rolling.

For the first time in years, LSU is much better mid way through the season than they were in the first part. I know that is a novel concept for you, but it is true.

Now, none of that means LSU will beat Alabama. I'll believe it when I see it. But, the Wisky and Auburn games are totally irrelevant to this discussion.

LSU's FBS opponents have a 21-21 record. To compare, Alabama's opponents have a 34-25 record and Auburn's opponents have a 29-20 record. Congrats LSU on padding your stats against a bunch of cupcakes.

Bama has played the following Ds based on total Defense:

40. USC
57. Kent St
72. Kentucky
73. Tennessee
83. Texas A&M
90. Ole Miss
95. Western Ky
106. Arkansas

Looks like a Mountain West Schedule.
