Or if LSU would beat them. We stood directly between them and a NC in 2011. Beat them and they lose the NC. We were a minute from beating them last year. They would have had 2 losses and likely don't make the title game. All this bitching about schedules, when LSU has the opportunity year after year to deny Bama's championship hopes.

Agreed. Same reason Ole Missery has never won one or a SEC title on 50 years.

A healthy Colt McCoy could have beaten Bama in '09.

So LSU fans shouldn't argue for LSU's interests?

Kinda like a white man speaking up for whites.

I am not joking either.

Well as long as LSU has that covered, I see no reason for Bama to do it too. Thanks for taking one for the team.

Guess what LSU did the last time their schedule wasn't one of the top-5 most difficult. They won the national championship.

Alabama went 14-0 with a natty with the 6th hardest schedule in the nation in 2009 according to your website link.

Auburn went 14-0 with a natty in 2010 with the 4th hardest schedule.

Florida went 12-1 with a natty in 2006 with the 4th hardest schedule.

Looks like LSU is the only team that can't win a national title with a tough schedule. LSU's 2003 title was 12-1 with the #20 schedule and your 2007 one was 12-2 with a #17 schedule. Why does LSU need an easy schedule to win a national title and why can't they win one against tough competition? Alabama played a tougher schedule in 2 of our 3 recent title years than LSU did in any of their national title years.

See how I flipped that on you?

Conjecture. Didn't McElroy have a rib injury? Let's make him healthy too.

After all of the sacks y'all gave up no one thought y'all would beat SC. That game turned your season around. JMO but if LSU lost that game I think they fall apart the rest of the season. LSU has a better or at least had a better pass rush last year than Bama, don't k ow if y'all beat Georgia or not but I think so. IIRC which I may not LSU had trouble stopping the run at times so Gurley would have caused some trouble. Intriguing matchup last year and I don't know who would have won.

Neither does LSU so I guess that makes us even, because Bama has played equally as difficult schedules as your 2007 and 2003 team's.
