I haven't watched that much other than Wisconsin and Auburn games (the best defenses you have face thus far)but it seemed they struggled somewhat to open up the running lanes. Have they improved?

Karl Malone's kid (KJ) is the LT and he's given up one sack all year.
Will Clapp is the LG and came back last week after re-injuring his shoulder several games ago.
Ethan Pocic is a 4 year starter at C, but has moved around and played both tackle positions this year due to injuries.
Josh Boutte is a monster at RG. Better in the run blocking than pass blocking.
Mae Tehuma is at RT, but has played at guard this season. Guard is probably his natural position.

Toby Weathersby started a RT this year, but sprained an ankle vs MSU. He practiced last week, but didn't play and he should be good to go next week.

Weakness is probably RT right now with Tehuma playing out of position.

Yes, they have improved, but pass protection is still inconsistent.

Injuries have plagued us all season, but we're gonna be close to full strength for the Bama game.

IF, and that's a HUGE if, they can give Etling time to throw, then LSU can move the ball.

I promise you this, Bama won't see us constantly handing off to LF straight at 8 and 9 man fronts like stubborn Les did.

Tehuma is definitely playing out of position at tackle. Getting Weathersby back is a big plus.

O-line was supposed to be a strength but under-performed at the beginning of the year. They have been playing better recently though, even with Tehuma at RT.

If you have problems at RT you won't have time to throw with Tim Williams and Ryan Anderson coming after your QB.

We'll bring a TE over as an extra blocker.

That's how football works.

Alabama shut down Leonard Fournette without doing anything unusual

We also won't be running two wide with a FB and TE every play.

OL has had starters out all year and we have a guard/tackle tweener at center.

Probably the 3rd best unit in the SEC

You believe that was a marque feat? We had a scared, toothpick QB who couldn't hit his receivers and Ole Miss gave you a blueprint on how to beat us.

They're getting better every game. It's a better line than last year. There's still a few injuries with Clapp and Weathersby but they'll be okay. Maea Teuhema has been playing OT and it hasn't been very pretty against speed rushers at times. If Weathersby is back and healthy, he will slide into that RT spot.

Everyone is better than they were last year.

It indicates that LF7 was ran into an 8 man front 5 times and a 9 man front just once the entire game last year.

Not all game long like many LSU fans want people to believe.

Ok...you're gonna have to explain this.

Saban hires Emmett Brown as a consultant. The guy's just always a step ahead of everyone else.

They're good at run blocking. Interior line is decent enough against the pass. Tackles have struggled in pass protection.

Hopefully, we'll have Weathersby back for 11/5. If Teuhuma starts at T we're in trouble. He's a solid G, but has been beaten a few times at T including nearly getting Etling killed against OM.

Not sure of Dodd's status, but if healthy and Weathersby is still out, I'd put Dodd at C and move Pocic to T.

Without a doubt, the O-line is our biggest concern for 11/5. Chances are, win or lose, they'll be the determining factor.
